• Parents must notify the school of absences by email or phone.
• Only parents/guardarians or pre-authorized contacts may pick up children.
• Students must be signed out by staff before leaving.
Late Pick-Up Fee: $2 per minute after 6:00 PM.

Allowed:
✔ Email to administration
✔ Scheduled meetings (with administrator present)
✔ Teacher emails (reply within 48 school hours)

Not accepted:
✘ WhatsApp voice notes
✘ Personal messaging or parent–teacher debates during drop-off/pick-up
✘ Contacting teachers through personal numbers

Complaints must be submitted in writing to the administration only.

Prohibited:
• Verbal aggression toward staff (automatic Level-3 escalation)
• Disrespectful conduct in front of students
• Attempts to override teacher instructional decisions
• Recording staff without written consent
• Entering instructional rooms without permission
• Interruptions during drop-off/pick-up

Consequences:
• Behaviour meeting
• Behaviour contract
• Suspension from the program
• Dismissal at the school's discretion for safety violations

✔ Tuition is not per-attendance (payments reserve the seat, teachers, and resources)
✔ Missed school days do not reduce tuition
✔ Past-due balances incur 5% per month and a $50 admin fee
✔ Report cards and academic records may be withheld for unpaid balances
(Full Financial Handbook distributed separately)

• All withdrawals must be submitted in writing with a 30-day notice
• Registration and supply fees are non-refundable
• All tuition payments become non-refundable after the first day of the program

The refund schedule applies only if the withdrawal occurs before school begins; dismissal does not trigger a refund.

Medical exception: Considered only if a student cannot attend 4+ consecutive weeks and a doctor’s note is provided. Final decision rests with the School.

• Clean, comfortable clothing enabling movement and learning
• Indoor shoes required
• No offensive language/imagery on clothing
• Gym clothes must be worn for PE

Homework reinforces learning and develops independence.
Parents support the routine; students complete the work independently.

• 2 report cards per year
• 2 parent–teacher meetings
• April: pre-exam review packages
• May: final exams and cumulative assessments

Day-school programs:
• Dance
• Music
• Drama

Learning Centre operates 4:30–7:30 PM.

• Children must stay home when sick
• Staff cannot administer medication without documentation
• Peanut-free school environment

• Recording teachers, staff, or students is prohibited without consent
• Trespassing or refusal to exit when asked results in loss of access and/or removal
The school reserves the right to act immediately to maintain physical and emotional safety.

The School may dismiss a student if:
• Safety is compromised
• Tuition is unpaid
• Parent conduct destabilizes the school

Dismissal does not qualify for a tuition refund.
